The grilled food at Hempels was a culinary delight, and I enjoyed a cozy evening at the nearby Tapas bar Linares, where every bite felt like a fiesta! Plus, the sound insulation of the hotel was surprisingly effective, giving me restful nights despite its bustling location.

The check-in process left a bit to be desired—no parking space available without paying extra, and the reception was a hike up to the second floor. Also, I was surprised that I had to shell out 50 euros just to borrow an iron!

new and modern facilities, easy self check-in and check-out, large underground parking facilities

The confusing check-in process left me frustrated!!! Insufficient signage within the hotel made navigation a nightmare!!! Complex elevator system added unnecessary hassle!!! Lack of fridges and kettles really disappointed me!!! What a waste!!!

i was almost ready to give a good review, but the check-in process was an absolute nightmare. i spent an hour trying to use that terminal, and the breakfast was almost impossible to find—though i'm sure it was great if you could actually locate it. a warm welcome gift woudl ve been nice too. so disappointing!
